giving myself a leg up

I'm home today, convalescing from the arthroscopic knee surgery I had on Friday. Not much in the mood for writing (as you can probably imagine), but Connor was so very helpful all weekend doing anything and everything his Gimpy Dad couldn't do. Amazing Boy.

Also, Sean is giving an oral report on Wednesday on someone he admires, and he chose The Dad. I tried to, well... not talk him *out* of it, but let him know he had other options, and could choose anyone that had influence in his life. He insisted on sticking by his choice.

Yep... beaming Dad. A little wobbly, but beaming..
