I think I need to stick to my guns... but I don�t want to disappoint Connor. I get the feeling this is a real milestone in his life; what do I do with *him* the first time I have the opportunity to after his parents marriage ends?

Also, Connor will be at summer camp next week, and so would only have three practices (two the week after, and one the week after Labor Day) before the season started. Basically, I'd be coaching a team for two weeks without him even around...

Nope... gotta stick to my guns. I really can't do everything. To say I'm disappointed in these parents would be an understatement.
